When I bought my Grand Cherokee in February 2018, I had always had a feeling that auto dealer's service was a rip off and I went elsewhere. Sometime since then I had the opportunity to have Jose Valdes as always had a feeling that auto dealer's service was a rip off and I went elsewhere. Sometime since then I had the opportunity to have Jose Valdes as my service tech. I liked him right away. I got the impression that he was working for me, keeping the things done on my car were only what were needed, not just something to increase the bill. After one or two later visits, I decided I would work only with Jose. I have maintained that position ever since. I'm comfortable working with him. He gets done what needs to be done, not piling on unnecessary items. The most important thing for me working with Jose? I TRUST him, and because of that, I will continue having my service work done at your dealership. Gary Gerke More
Installation of wiper blades is insufficient. They are working improperly. Also, $249 charge for a diagnostic check is a little ridiculous. Last time I will have that service performed there! I wasn't told about the battery being rated "bad" and didn't know it until I got home and read the report. Now I don't know how much longer I have on this battery before needing to buy a new one. The experience was perfect. I was told that it would be several hours for the work to be completed. Given the choice for a ride home and then a ride back to the dealership, I ch I was told that it would be several hours for the work to be completed. Given the choice for a ride home and then a ride back to the dealership, I chose to stay and wait. Fully prepared with puzzles. Also enjoyed the hot dog n drinks. Katie March was my service contact and kept me informed of the progress. Mark Bul was so sociable and we had good conversations. Raul did the tire replacements. Great job!
