The best part of this group right now as it is going thru a transition of ownership lies in its employees. Customers in the Villages like to brag about the places where they get good works and Mike will sure be known to all of our friends who drive Chrysler products. I opted to collect my car and not let them work on it as I scheduled the appointment around all my medical appointments. We had the pleasure to meet with Amman and learn that this company had just taken over. Mr Amman, although not in service department he gave us the impression this new owner really cared about the customers and making things right. So much so we are happy to know they bought out all the Bill Bryan dealerships in the area!!! We are now happily shopping for 2 new autos and Amman is the person who encouraged us and assured us things were changing for the better! He was confident, professional and presented as a very knowledgeable individual. He is the only reason we will be looking at these dealerships in Leesburg. Looking forward to cleaning up and training the service department not to lie to the customer- dishonesty and claiming to be in a role you are not is not appreciated at all. I do hope the new owners totally gut the people with zero auto knowledge in the service department. Golden rule, if you do not know something do NOT lie, just be accountable and say you have no idea- Service department dishonesty is why I took my car out of there. Thanks for meeting us Amman! More
Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. At 46, my 2014 Challenger has been the newest, nicest car I've ever owned. I am proud of this car. I thought bringing it to the dealer for service was the best thing to do, but obviously I was wrong. I brought it in for the ABS module to be reprogrammed, alignment and to have a right front-end noise checked out. After you had my car for two days and I still hadn't been given an estimate, I decided to just come and pick it up, because you know, I work too and need my car. Imagine my surprise when Mike handed me a $10K estimate! Are you kidding me? Knowing full well I WOULD NEVER spend that amount, I thanked him and went on my way. I did some homework and the egregious mark-up you put on parts is absolutely disgusting. Literally you quoted around $4300 and the same OEM parts were around $1700 online. I know you have overhead, people to pay, and a reasonable mark-up is to be expected, but how do you sleep at night? Not only that, I took it to two other independent auto repair shops and BOTH of them said there is NOTHING that needs to be replaced at this time. BOTH of them. You are utter crooks for trying to take such advantage of people. The cherry on top..I noticed a check engine light that was on when I got in the car that wasn't on when I dropped it off. The fact your "techs" wouldn't notice that says a lot, but I wasn't about to turn around and come back to this "stealership", it turned out to be a filter code that the other HONEST independent shop cleared..for free. Needless to say, I don't plan on ever coming back to this particular dealer ever again and I will let everyone know how you treated me. $10K on a 9-year-old car with 117K miles. Surprised you didn't have one of your sales men trying to sell me a new car, lol. More
