Jeff Thomas & Mike Warkocz, in my opinion, are two very skilled, and extremely knowledgeable diesel technicians with thousands of hours of real-time repair experience between them. I would let anyone else preform any major services on my Ram 2500 Cummins. Their contribution to the dealer service department, is irreplaceable! Anytime I've had service or repairs preformed, they have both proven to be extremely meticulous, attentive to detail, and always strive for nothing short of perfection with any job they've done for me. Hard person to get a hold of, and doesn't seem to want to get the warranty work done that needs to be done. It's been over a week and still no word back.
