There was a lack of communication from the start of my repair. I understand there was a change of ownership of business they may have caused some of this. My vehicle was there for 2 days before I was told repair. I understand there was a change of ownership of business they may have caused some of this. My vehicle was there for 2 days before I was told what was wrong w it. Then I was told they had all the parts on site and were waiting for 1 part to get there. Once all the parts were there, I would get a phone call. Didn’t happen. 2days later, I called. Parts were there and they would start repair the next day. Service rep said he would call me w progress the next day (Thurs) Did not happen. I called snd on Friday and was told it would b ready on Tues. I called Tues eve and still not ready and was told they would call me wed morning w status update. No call. On wed afternoon, I spoke to the service manager, she told me that it would b ready Friday. my vehicle was taken care of promptly after that. Picked up Friday at 2pm. Vehicle is running great. My only issue was lack of communication. My vehicle was there 9 days when I was told a few days. Had to borrow car bc didn’t know how long I had to have one. More
3 hours and 25 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, and the car wash. Brought in car at 8:10, advisor stated the car got logged into the system at 8:30. Advisor was nice, but no communication until I was sent a video at 10:25, which was actually taken at 10:05 that they wanted me to buy a new air filter and cabin filter but no one confirmed after I got video. Trevor who washed the care did an awesome job, so kudo's to him. More

My Service Tech was, Jose, was great as usual. He tried to keep me updated but was greatly hampered by an apparently new process. A full day + to get a small part from Orlando to Fruitland Park? He wasn't able to give me much current information while doing things others used to do. I watched him and the other service reps working their b**** off and appearing to be stressed. I've worked with Jose before and was extremely happy with his efforts and results. Seems someone tried to fix something that was working well and has screwed it up. Was the new Morgan Group responsible? More
Carlos in service was very kind and respectful. He seemed overwhelmed but that appeared to be because others were not stepping in to help. I spent 45 minutes waiting to be helped when I arrived. There were people behind me and we were all at Carlos computer area. His area is right when you walk in and I think everyone assumes that’s the welcome desk of sorts. As for the other workers, either everyone was so busy and they need more help or everyone was trying to avoid helping people because they didn’t want to be bothered. It was hard to tell if those at the computer stations were doing work related things. Some were not for sure. I came in for a simple oil change. It took 3 hours after I waited for 45 minutes. Spending almost 4 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More
