This was my first visit to the service center for manufacturer recall work. Appointment was scheduled at a time convenient for me. Staff were prompt and the work was performed exactly as described. S manufacturer recall work. Appointment was scheduled at a time convenient for me. Staff were prompt and the work was performed exactly as described. Service writer was very kind and professional. As an added perk, there's a nice place directly across the street to get a refreshment while you wait. More

The service dept is great - but getting parts is very slow. Probably because of the times we are in since the Covid. Having only one car makes leaving our car for service is hard.
