The service department did an excellent job and got my vehicle in an out of the shop quickly. My service writer is Katie March. She is terrific; communications, follow up and follow through. The dealership needs work; the showroom/waiting area is a little shabby. The benches in the drive through are very uncomfortable and the table by them was filthy. The music that may or may not be good sounds terrible through the PA system. The speakers and the room just don't work. I've worked in dealerships and the sound system is torture. More

Service was great, however after looking at the inside of the vehicle, I noticed dirt/grease on the passenger seat as well as the rear seat.
