Katie, the service advisor, provided excellent service pertaining to my oil change and tire rotation service. Would rate 5 stars except for the person that first greeted me saying I had a damaged windshie pertaining to my oil change and tire rotation service. Would rate 5 stars except for the person that first greeted me saying I had a damaged windshield and they (American Glass Professionals) would be able to replace it at no cost (depending on coverage) to me. There was/is no damage to the windshield. I hope this unwanted solicitation ceases. More

Once the truck was dropped off there was no communication during the day. One text message was received as soon as we dropped it off and then jutting until I texted to see if the truck was done.
