Well, I was all ready to give a 1 star review but thanks to Leslie in service, I am pleased to give them a 4 star and wishing in good faith that I could give a 5 star. I’m not going into detail about all the events that transpired while my truck was in the shop. What I will say is that Leslie went above the call of duty in keeping me informed and immediately taking action if a problem arose. I left there knowing that she did her best to see that I was satisfied before I left. Now, the reason for a four star rating. I had to return my truck due to a known problem by the service people in back. Both times I picked up the truck, there was a paper inside that said WASH and VACUUM. The truck was not vacuumed either time. So, sadly, I can not give a 5 star rating. Thank you Leslie! You do deserve a 5 star rating. I am looking forward to working with you again! More
