I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work back in June. After looking at the vehicle they said they would order the parts in, and it would be a couple days. after a couple days I called to schedule w June. After looking at the vehicle they said they would order the parts in, and it would be a couple days. after a couple days I called to schedule when to bring in the vehicle and they said it would be another few weeks on the parts they were on back order. Understandable..... but after calling back to check on my parts a month and half later they still weren't in !! come to find out they came in but gave away my parts to another customer, like I'm a nobody. so, this went on back and forth until the 20th of November I had to call to see if the parts were in. Nobody called or told me they came in the week before!! So, I schedule to get my truck repaired and let them know that the truck has gotten worse and running really bad due to the truck not being repaired and driving it all this time with bad parts on it. So, I asked if they could put a courtesy tune up on it and find out why its running so rough and wont idle properly. The service guy Ryan laughed and said we don't do that kind of thing here. Well let's see After running my truck for over 3 months with bad parts on it and the truck gets to running worse due to not repairing it, you're not going to right your wrong!? So, they call me and tell me truck is "FIXED" I go and pick it up and it runs worse than before. I ask them to fix it, and they tell me they would at my expense. So, the final straw after going to get my flashlight I use for work out of my door and its gone. I call and let them know what's missing and the service guy suggest that I'm a liar and he checked with the guy who repaired it and he clueless on the flashlight. So, I told him I want it replaced, and he refers me to the service manager and as of 4 days later I still have not got a call or a solution to my issues. This is unacceptable !! More

Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess the oil change was done. But the tire rotation was not, they claimed they didn't have the lug key.
