Another debacle of a visit. .from when we bought the certified 80k truck that spent it's first 17 days back and forth to the shop, from rear ends,driveline etc. Went back for th .from when we bought the certified 80k truck that spent it's first 17 days back and forth to the shop, from rear ends,driveline etc. Went back for the " free oil change.. It's 59.00 to have them dispose of your oil.. 380 in just labor for 2 belts! Then throw in the 21.00 service fee for using a card..there's a ton of dealerships, just pass on this place the excuses are always fluent,they cannot function here. Still don't know a 1/4 of what the truck has to this day. 80k for a truck, zero follow up,one giant debacle..never ever again. More

We use CDJR for our maintenance on our vehicles because we are happy with the service and the staff. Jamie Ramsey has been our Service Advisor for the last 2 visits to the dealership . Ivy, my service manager was great and very kind. I was told that I would be informed of what the problem was and they would call me. This did not happen. I needed to call and was told the tech would I was told that I would be informed of what the problem was and they would call me. This did not happen. I needed to call and was told the tech would call me....didn't happen again . The next day they still didn't call and I had to call again. They said it was done and somebody would be right over to pick me up. 3 hours later I had to call again. I appreciated the no cost BUT, because of the bad service I will not be back. More
