Kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle repair and although, there was a slight hiccup, I believe the dealership did a good repair job. and although, there was a slight hiccup, I believe the dealership did a good repair job. More
Ryan Swoll is the most professional and courteous service advisor we have worked with over the past 50 years. He is a real asset to CDJR of Leesburg as we would not think of going anywhere else for sales or advisor we have worked with over the past 50 years. He is a real asset to CDJR of Leesburg as we would not think of going anywhere else for sales or service. There were a few minor adjustments needed to our new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Ryan got them taken care of right away, correctly and had our vehicle finished ON TIME as promised. More

I was promptly met by a service advisor upon arriving for my scheduled appointment. The service advisor was very nice. Went for a test drive. Received a video (great idea) of what was wrong. Part was orde my scheduled appointment. The service advisor was very nice. Went for a test drive. Received a video (great idea) of what was wrong. Part was ordered. The only negative comment was the fact I had to call for an update on the estimated time of repair. I had no call from the advisor. Then I found out that in addition to the holidays, multiple advisors were out sick, including mine. Totally understandable, which is why I gave a 5 star rating. The only suggestion I have, would be for the service advisors to have desks, and chairs for customers to sit with them, both while dropping off a vehicle or picking up a vehicle. The present service area is cramped and unorganized, but the service was still good. More
Extremely unprofessional and bad service. I was in the industry for 13 years and I was extremely successful. This dealership didn’t practice anything corporate dealership should practice. Fir I was in the industry for 13 years and I was extremely successful. This dealership didn’t practice anything corporate dealership should practice. First off they tried to charge me $3700 for a brake job. Astronomical so I shopped it around. I ended up getting it done for $560.. My truck is under full warranty with only 46k miles and because of hate and malice and because of the fact they couldn’t sell me a break job they completely sabotaged my Ram 2500. When I picked it up a few days ago the turbo is squealing and making all kinds of crazy noises. I have to bring the truck back up there again this morning. We have to document everything we are doing with this dealership and that should not have to be the case when it comes to a brand new vehicle. I sold 25 cars a month and was extremely successful before I BUILT my own business and I never treated one of my Diesel customers or even saw one of my Diesel truck customers get treated this way. SMH Real car people know how to treat there customers with 100% customer service, especially business owners that repeatedly buy vehicles from those companies. I also would like to say that the service manager has abused my 66 yr old father who is a retired United States military veteran. More

Another debacle of a visit. .from when we bought the certified 80k truck that spent it's first 17 days back and forth to the shop, from rear ends, driveline etc. Went back for th .from when we bought the certified 80k truck that spent it's first 17 days back and forth to the shop, from rear ends, driveline etc. Went back for the " free oil change.. It's 59.00 to have them dispose of your oil.. 380 in just labor for 2 belts! Then throw in the 21.00 service fee for using a card..there's a ton of dealerships, just pass on this place the excuses are always fluent, they cannot function here. Still don't know a 1/4 of what the truck has to this day. 80k for a truck, zero follow up,one giant debacle..never ever again. More
