Dealer service personnel were all very knowledgeable and courteous.. All repairs were completed as requested and suggested. The engine air filter box however was not properly closed. There are five screws courteous.. All repairs were completed as requested and suggested. The engine air filter box however was not properly closed. There are five screws to attach the cover closed and only two were screwed down. Also one vent hose on the box was reattached. It’s just carelessness on the part of the mechanic. That’s why I only gave four stars. I corrected the issues. More
My service agent was very unresponsive. Truck sat at dealership for almost 3 weeks before even a diagnostic test. Could have been a 10k job for ya'll but towed it to another mechanic shop. Very poor customer service. My vehicle was in for 8:00 for software correction. When i arrived to pick it up well after dark, I had to go out to a large fenced lot and find it i My vehicle was in for 8:00 for software correction. When i arrived to pick it up well after dark, I had to go out to a large fenced lot and find it in the farthest row from the service area. I didn’t find out they hadn’t done the promised wash until the next day. Not my kind of dealership. More
