By far, one of the best dealership service experiences I've had the joy of experiencing. My service advisor, Katie, was a sweet lady and extremely helpful. She tried to fix the system error before checkin I've had the joy of experiencing. My service advisor, Katie, was a sweet lady and extremely helpful. She tried to fix the system error before checking me in and even called over another advisor. They knew what the error was and knew one of their techs could easily fix it, as they had recently fixed a similar issue on another vehicle. The issue was due to the system update, so they did not charge me for the repair. Have you ever heard of this??? A service department NOT charging you?!? I was in and out of there within the hour. Heartfelt thanks to Katie and the service department at CDJR of Leesburg. I will return to this service department for ALL my Jeep needs. Thank you CDJR of Leesburg! You have a new customer in me. Extra notes: There was plenty of room in the waiting area. There are tables, and even booths, where you can sit comfortably, and get a cup of coffee while you wait. When the tech was completed, I received a text from CDJR which contained a video. On the video was the tech explaining in detail what he had done to repair my issue and showed me in the video. How excellent was that!?! Going above and beyond. What a terrific way to enhance the service provided. My advisor Katie came and got me within 2 minutes of me receiving the video and said my Jeep was completed. It was parked up front for me to hop in and continue my day. All around, just a fantastic operation here. More
