Very disappointed in my experience. After spending 6 hours and $260. I didn’t get done what I brought my Jeep in for. I need a wiper washer reservoir not a complete overall diagnosis of everything else that was wrong with my vehicle. Also $998.10 to replace the reservoir was extremely priced for that job. I can’t believe this dealership marks up the price on parts six times the value. $633.25 for a part that runs 90 to 150 just don’t make since to me. So much for helping your senior citizens on a fixed income and a veteran at that. More

I was in the waiting area and I was sent a video, which was supposed to show me that the filter was dirty. The video didn’t work. I said I was coming back for a recall fix and I was in a hurry so didn’t want to wait any longer for filter change. Well, I guess the filter was dirty, indeed, very dirty because when I got home I saw that there was debris from the filter all over the passenger side carpet. That should have been cleaned up before returning the car to the customer. More
