The repairs were done well. However taking the car in on Fri at 9:30 for an appointment and getting it back on Tuesday at 4:00 was a bit excessive for an appointment that was st However taking the car in on Fri at 9:30 for an appointment and getting it back on Tuesday at 4:00 was a bit excessive for an appointment that was stated in the recall to take approximately 2 hours. Also grease hand prints on the ceiling and both visors was extremely sloppy. With our last oil change we had grease on the threshold of both front doors. Figured it was an accident and didn’t mention it. Now we know it is standard procedure. Your scheduling and training on respecting customer property needs to be reviewed and revised. Or perhaps just adhered to if it is already in place. More

Jose Valdes went above and beyond trying to help me with my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solu my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solution to my problem. The next day a glass company arrived at my place of employment and removed and completely re sealed my back window for a very reasonable price. Bottom line, Jose helped me get my truck fixed. More
