Great from beginning to end!!! I found exactly what I was looking for at this dealership which was a low mileage very clean black 2013 Ford Edge Limited. I negotiated via phone and all my many questions were answered over several phone calls which stretched out over a week. The internet sales people were diligent in the follow up process but not not pushy and obnoxious....they were friendly, patient, and fun to deal with. When I felt we were close I went to the dealership to see the vehicle with the expectation that this deal had a 50 50 chance of crashing and burning based on my past experiences with the deal changing when you get to the dealership. This was not the case. I was directed to Mr. Jeff Sussman who is an extremely professional, friendly, strait forward, sales consultant that was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be sure all my expectations were met. Mr. Sussman was surprisingly knowledgeable which told me he took the time to prepare before my arrival. He knew the Ford Limited better than many of the Ford dealer sales people I encountered in my search for this vehicle...and this is a Chrysler dealership! I cant say enough good things about my experience. Jeff was awesome!!! I drove for 2 1/2 hours due to a traffic jam on I-75 but it was worth it!! will recommend this dealership to everyone!!! I stopped in to look at a Journey. Patrick came to talk to me and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I soon realized the Journey was a bigger SUV than I was looking for. Aaron spent a lot of time letting me sit in any car I wanted even though I wasn't ready to buy a car. I went home and checked on line and found the Camry I wanted to look at but he hadn't shown me. I sent an e-mail through the website and the dealership called the next morning and my husband went in to see the car. Aaron and Elliott both worked with my Husband. We had already arranged financing with the Credit Union. The reason Aaron hadn't shown me the Camry was because it had been on hold. However the other buyer had not been heard from in over 3 days of the dealership trying to contact him so, his loss was my gain. Even though my husband spent the majority of the day at the dealership I still give them a 5 as there was a café he could enjoy snacks and drinks and Aaron and Elliott kept him company. The delay was not the dealership but the Credit Union. At the "closing" there was a lot of paperwork which was gone over very quickly. I have been back twice since buying my car, once to get an oil change and once to get my car washed for FREE. I was sent an e-mail that they are having a dinner for new car owners to go over our maintenance agreements which I will be attending to make sure I get the full benefits for what I'm paying. Thank you for making this the best car buying experience. I usually get asked for more money down and the interest rate is awful. But I guess I have finally arrived as we had to put no money down and the interest rate was great!!. More
