WARRANTY SERVICE TO REPLACE AXEL BOOT THAT SLUNG GREASE IN THE AREA OF THE BOOT. Herb did not clean any of the grease. I had to spend 45 minutes to jack up the car, remove covers and do the job RIGHT. Wh More

I have cleaned the area and have just performed a oil change service. That's when I noticed the axle boot had failed. I appreciate your willingness to resolve this issue. My intentions was not to get anything free, but to remind service techs that the quality of their work speaks for the entire CBS dealership and Mitsubishi motors as well. A major selling point for Mits is their long warranties and dealers will not be successful if they do not honor them!
