Problems with our car are approaching a year. Now my car has been at the dealership for over three months waiting for them to find a transmission. I finally asked if we could get our money back Now my car has been at the dealership for over three months waiting for them to find a transmission. I finally asked if we could get our money back for the car so we could buy a difference car. The manager told me I couldn’t get the money back, but I could sell it or try to trade it if I wanted to. I don’t think I’d get much for a Cadillac with a faulty transmission and radiator. Whenever this resolves itself, I definitely won’t be back to Alfano Motors and I won’t be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
A salesman named Raj assisted me from the beginning. He was very helpful and respectful throughout the entire experience. He offered information but was not pushy in the slightest. He asked if he could send me more information as trucks came available and sent me updates once a week or so. I also worked with Ali, the Sales Manager who was also respectful and knowledgeable. I wish all my experiences at car dealerships where this great. I look forward to further interactions at CB Chevrolet because of the experience and professionalism these two displayed. More
My treatment at this dealership was just this side of criminal. I felt a total disrespect as a customer. Didn’t return phone calls or emails. Everyone is nice and helpful, until a problem arises, which is when you need them, and all of the sudden they go silent. I have purchased 2 new cars from this dealership and could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Kevin Cox was rude, uninformed, and unhelpful. More
