Problems with our car are approaching a year. Now my car has been at the dealership for over three months waiting for them to find a transmission. I finally asked if we could get our money back for the car so we could buy a difference car. The manager told me I couldn’t get the money back, but I could sell it or try to trade it if I wanted to. I don’t think I’d get much for a Cadillac with a faulty transmission and radiator. Whenever this resolves itself, I definitely won’t be back to Alfano Motors and I won’t be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

A salesman named Raj assisted me from the beginning. He was very helpful and respectful throughout the entire experience. He offered information but was not pushy in the slightest.
