This dealership is terrible. They are criminals. Took advantage of me and sold me a car with multiple things wrong then closed down. Warranty doesn’t even cover any of the things They are criminals. Customer service is great, they are very friendly, however not honest about the quality of car they sold. I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV in September and car keeps shutting off on breaking. I have brought to Honda dealership and they are unable to find issue. One thing they were shocked to find that Car Rite sold a car with practically no oil , there was no service on the car yet they had it all set for servicing. I have since reached out to Honda Customer service to report problem as this the second time I am having the same issues, no known diagnostic as to what the problem is. Very frustrating and disappointed. I will not purchase there again or recommend. More
They made an appointment for me online to test drive a car. I get out of work early, drive there, and all doors have signs on them saying the store is indefinitely closed. Yet there are about 40 cars on car. I get out of work early, drive there, and all doors have signs on them saying the store is indefinitely closed. Yet there are about 40 cars on the lot. I look through the cars, and the one they set up the appointment for is not even there. I call the sales number, I get voicemail...and the mailbox is full, so you can't even talk to anyone. I go back online, chat wit the same person who made the appointment, and the online team has no record of this store closing. Avoid CARite at all costs. More
