Terrible. I never write reviews but this was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY purchase. Purchased a car, as soon as I started it IN THE LO I never write reviews but this was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY purchase. Purchased a car, as soon as I started it IN THE LOT the check engine light and tire pressure lights came on. Followed the GM to the shop to have it looked at. On the way to the shop the seatbelt light also came on! They were supposed to fix the issues and didn’t. Then were extremely hostile and uncooperative when they couldn’t resolve the issues and I no longer wanted the car. I was supposed to get my money back and haven’t received the money they owe me for the car I traded to them… looking like theft on top of everything else. I don’t understand why anyone would go here. What a waste of time and money. They have done this, or similar, to too many others. More
The internet person asked a dozen questions and then took all day yo get us a trade in offer. When we first began talking with uer we told her we wanted to come look at tye vehicle today. Horrible Experience For TWO WEEKS, our local Carite knew we were interested in a Ford Flex they had on their lot. No information was disclosed to us about any damage. First of all, when you know a customer is coming in to sign papers and test drive a car for purchase, you make sure that car is SPOTLESS and CLEAN. I was smacked in the face and given an instant migraine of a car fragrance that was sprayed in it before I test drove. When I got past the migraine to look around the car, I was disgusted. Coffee stains on the seats, food stains all over the car, gross cup holders, dirt on the buttons and gear shift, smears on the glass, smooshed chocolate in the floor, etc. When I questioned why the car wasn’t detailed, I was told they did a quick clean. This is not acceptable. The fowl state of this car is just a testament to how they are deciding to run their business. I was given the option to take the car home and they would contact me to set up a thorough cleaning. I got NO CALLS today to set that up. NONE. I am furious. Did I mention that the dashboard paint was rubbed off because of too strong of a chemical to “clean” the car? You can see the drip stains on the dashboard - I was told this would need to get fixed as well and have yet to have a call about that. In the middle of signing the papers, the owner said that he treats his customers the way he would want to be treated - oh, so by giving them a filthy car to drive home and lie to them about car damage? The damage isn’t even listed anywhere in the paperwork. I also should have been told of the big crack on the outside door panel by the keypad as I almost sliced my hand on it the next day. We picked it up when it was pouring raining and the lot was not bright enough to see the damage. Did I mention the pieces were super-glued? If this is how Carite chooses to run their business, I will tell everyone I know how horrible of a business it is. More
I love my car, but after I left car dealerships I found out I was never approved and it took 3wks to get me approved after I had the car. I worked with Katrina and she did not help in anyway. rob never st out I was never approved and it took 3wks to get me approved after I had the car. I worked with Katrina and she did not help in anyway. rob never stepped in to help untill I said something about a lawyer. I put 1,500 down and a trade in and the bank was trying to take my car, due to car rite never getting me approved. I don’t recommend this place at all. Katrina does not know her job at all. They tell you what you want to hear. More
