I was dealing with Carite. They sold me a car that is a lemon and in the process of trying to work something out the service manager (who has failed to fix the cars problem tw They sold me a car that is a lemon and in the process of trying to work something out the service manager (who has failed to fix the cars problem twice now) was being really rude and would not let me speak. At one point, because I am working with Native American activism (Leonard Peltier, Sep 12 in DC) dealing with comments like "American Indians should wake up every morning and thank God they are in the good ole USA.....look how mexico and other south America treat local Indians ......" whenever we talk about any issue we face. (FYI, we are not from India, that is equivelent to the N-word for us) I let slip; "You white people are always doing this to Native Americans, you lie, cheat and steal to rip us of and take everything we have." Manager's response, "Oh, you just had to make it about race." Deep sarcasm* Me: "Yes. That is what it feels like." Service Manager: "xxxx you." Proceeds to hang up on me. My wife and I both called his manager and their coorperate office to try to work something out several times over the course of yesterday. We explained to them that we have only the one car and have a work event on Sep 12th that we need transport for, vitally. Seems they will be leaving my family hanging on this holiday weekend with no word until Tuesday. And you know what it is the exact same situation where my people lost their land; some white guy promises us that everything will be alright, buy the extended warranty and any issue you have is covered, then it isn't so and we get ripped off. Just like how we lost our land, nothing has changed. We grow up on reservations then when we try and leave people take advantage of us because thinking we are stupid because we do not know how to lie and be as sneaky as them. These US businesses are obviously starting to treat minorities like sub-human. We need to be careful and vocal before the racists gain any more ground. Yeah, I'm saying it, this is about race. They saw our group of Anishinaabe come in and just like always thought, We can rip these people off, they are dumb and won't stand up for themselves when we do. More

The sales manager was awesome as well he definitely went over and above to make sure we had the perfect car for our family. We could have gone anywhere but ended up leaving with almost a brand new car. All the cars were presented with transparency and everyone from service tech and manager to Jon and the sales manager made this an 5star experience. I can say so much more the fact that they have a play room for our baby to the feel of the lobby and the no pressure no bs and no sales gimicks made it a wonderful experience. I definitely will be sending all my clients and friends to check this place out and will be back for my next car in a few months. More

Excellent Experience At the very beginning, the staff was very open and friendly! They treat you like family, listening to all your concerns, hopes; taking into account al At the very beginning, the staff was very open and friendly! They treat you like family, listening to all your concerns, hopes; taking into account all history and intents. You can tell they are focused on making sure that you are taken cared of and that you leave with not only the best fit for you but something that will grow with you. Questions were answered promptly and efficiently, all information was provided up front with varying options to choose from. Even though we took a while to get started and had trouble they were always patient with us and went along with us at our pace. When we were finally ready, they had all the cars choices set aside and gave us time to try them out. When we suddenly switched gears they stayed with us and gave us the necessary information to see if our dream would be a reality. To the very end they were not only thorough but also helpful and kind. Our experience took us over 2 and a half hours after their closing time (and with snow falling too). During that time, we experience not just one helpful hand but three, each one staying as long as they were able and ensuring that the next person to carry us through had all the information. Not once did they complain. They knew we were hoping to avoid another extensive rental cost and were just as eager to get us out the door with a vehicle of our own. Every inch of paper work was explained, every detail of the process was clarified. Not only did my wife and I walk away with new car but also a new sense of promising purpose. We will continue working with them in the future for sure. I look forward we when can add a second vehicle to our fleet! Thank you everyone (Bob, Trevor, Bill) for everything.
