I bought a car a few months ago from here. As I was pulling out of the lot, the car stalled and turned off completely. The man helping me said that it had never done this before, and said he t As I was pulling out of the lot, the car stalled and turned off completely. He came back shortly to let me know that there was nothing wrong with the car, but that the way I had moved the shifter caused it to stall out. I took the car on a test drive, and it performed as normal. Believing him, I signed for the car and left that day. The same day, I was driving about 40 mph and the car shut off completely in the middle of the road. I let it sit for a couple minutes and it turned on and ran as normal. This became a usual problem, the car turning off completely as I was driving 60+ mph on highways to get to work. when I took the car in to the shop, they diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Something carface could have and should have done when the car shut off on their lot instead of blaming me for how I was driving it. I also was told if I made an early payment I would receive 50% off of another months payment, but upon asking Judith and the other sales people about I was ghosted and never received any information about that discounted payment. After the test drive, I was pushed over to the sales desk and had papers shoved in my face asking for signatures and completion of the sale when I didn’t even get to speak with the sales person about the actual price of the car. The lady helping, Judith, jumped into paperwork because she had assumed i had been spoken to about the car in detail when in reality I had literally just taken it on a brief test drive and had absolutely no discussion beyond the shape of the vehicle. I don’t want to give them one star, because I eventually refinanced my car and got the issues fixed, but I will absolutely never be returning here. It’s also embarrassing how they are pettily replying to bad reviews online blaming customers for their poor practices. It rubs me the wrong way and is not a business I am happy I supported. More
