DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM CARFACE! ! DO NOT GET A WARRANTY FROM CARS PROTECTION PLUS!!! I purchased a vehicle on April 5, 2024. I specifically asked was there anything wrong with the ve ! DO NOT GET A WARRANTY FROM CARS PROTECTION PLUS!!! I purchased a vehicle on April 5, 2024. I specifically asked was there anything wrong with the vehicle I was told no. I purchased a warranty also. On April 25, 2024 less than 3 weeks after paying over 12,000 in cash for this vehicle the engine starts to make a whistling sound and the check engine light came on. I take it to the dealership and the problem is going to cost me 3,000 dollars. The warranty company I purchased the warranty through is not covering the repair either saying the issue, that is part of the Engine, is not covered!!! This is the biggest rip off I've ever been apart of. A car company that sells you a faulty car, offers you a warranty from a company that will not cover your repairs and has a bad reputation for not covering repairs. I contacted Carface and have yet to hear back from them. I just wanted a reliable car and for 12,000 I should not have to deal with a 3,000 repair and I haven't had the car for a month. They are a scam. More
