I purchased a vehicle which resulted in finding issues next day. I called the dealer to see if they could help me out at all and all they told me was I bought as is and its not their problem anymore. Most dealerships would be happy to offer their maintenance department or something. NOT THEM. They also do not clean or detail their cars I found all kinds of trash and dirty sock in the truck. They don't care about customers or having them come back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. More

Bought 2020 f150 They said I needed $1000. 00 gap insurance and said because of my loan , but when I got home the paperwork said it was optional !! Also they said, I got a 2 year bumper to bu 00 gap insurance and said because of my loan , but when I got home the paperwork said it was optional !! Also they said, I got a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. They said I can take it to any ford dealer. NOT!!! And didn’t tell me the cost was $3280. 00. Marcia was very nice, and tried to help, turned it over to management. But Manny, who did the paperwork and didn’t say things were optional and never got back to me. So now I’m out 4280.00 More

I'll never do business with this place! !! Straight Scam!! Tried getting a car for my daughter for Christmas, and went back and forth over a so called dealership fee that's a $1,000 back end !! This is not the tax or dealership fee its a additional fee added on to u. I have a credit score of 740 and they tried to say it's capital one fee witch is not due to me eventually calling the bank to confirm. They where so pushy about signing the paperwork and when I asked why the car payment went up/ and what the out the door price of the car went up they eventually said they would give my $1500 down payment back. So please watch out for this scam that they are pulling. Even with cash out the door they tried adding it on over top of the tax and dealership fee! I'm hoping it help the next person out there!
