Excellent service! Super pleased with the way Gilbert and the crew at Calstar service have handled my issues. I believe my 450 is a lemon. It continually has issues. Very easy process I ‘ve been at several mb dealers, for example at rusnak Mercedes, they ignored us , no one asked if we had been helped , I was very disappointed, but I ‘ve been at several mb dealers, for example at rusnak Mercedes, they ignored us , no one asked if we had been helped , I was very disappointed, but when I walked in Calstar , JOSA sales advisor approached me and asked how he could help me, “ that’s how it should be,” , and I told him what I wanted to see , he was very kind , and helpful to show me the car and although I didn’t want to do test drive he insisted, so I did, and I told him I don’t want any gimmicks, I want an easy process for the credit application and etc, everything went well so smoothly that when I had walked into dealer showroom, I didn’t know that I was gonna leave the dealer with my Car that had dreamed of for a long time. Worst Service Department ever I am writing this review while the vehicle had its second service done (Sevice B) not even 10 Days ago . Now while im driving the car to meet a client I am writing this review while the vehicle had its second service done (Sevice B) not even 10 Days ago . Now while im driving the car to meet a client a Notification came “ check brake pad wear” so consequently the meeting got canceled! Going to the dealer ship the serivce “consultant” gilbert tells me that he can not help me at the moment and the car has to stay for a Day! No loaner either ... basically go do whatever u want ! I called Tarry (Terry) the service department director while im at the dealership while she was at the office with another coworker! (just to see if she would pick up!!) She didn’t. Called MB-KEYES . Got the service that i needed. 8/1/2018 Good Job guys ... u just lost a customer More

After keep calling Sale Person( Sarkis Karapetyan ) & Management Didn't call back at all. Later I found out they sold the car & make for money for my Car was contract and not delivery. After talking to the GSM (Joey Yerkanyan) he saywill refund the money back and cancel the deal! WOW!!!!!!! They make you feel you just sign all the paper work in Finance Dept for 1 hours & Lease a new car and waiting for them to deliver to you just need to get the car after Pre-Delivery Inspection! Vehicle was sold to me and then Calstar MB sold to someone else. This is a wrong place to buy or lease your car! Please don't go there!!!!! worst store ever! 0 star if i can! I will go to Better Business Bureau , M.B.USA and DMV to report them! this is not right! More

Unprofessional Waited over 4 hrs for car service - had to call them to find out it was ready for pick up. During my call I requested shuttle service to pick me and then waited another hour and a half for pick up. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Calstar Motors is not a top-knotch service team. I will be taking my business somewhere else. More
