When my wife was ready for her new car, I started searching for a CPO Mercedes, I found a perfect one at Calstar in Glendale and spoke to Em. She was incredible. I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over the years and the experience both with her and the Mercedes dealership was the best by far. Em was smart, friendly, and very patient with my negotiating. There was no fake haggling just an honest discussion back-and-forth, and we landed on a reasonable price. John Hong in finance was incredibly polite and helpful through closing the whole deal.
