I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over the years and the experience both with her and the Mercedes dealership was the best by far. Em was smart, friendly, and very patient with my negotiating. There was no fake haggling just an honest discussion back-and-forth, and we landed on a reasonable price. John Hong in finance was incredibly polite and helpful through closing the whole deal. I am very lucky to finally be part of the Mercedes-Benz family because it’s an entirely different class than Lexus, Acura, and Audi.
