Where do I begin, Suzy was my first contact when I reached out to Calstar Mercedes via email and when she responded I already knew I was in good hands. We walked in to our morning appointment and she was ready and waiting for us and we immediately felt her warmth. Suzy showed me the Mercedes and pointed out EVERYTHING, she's extremely knowledgeable. We went for a lovely test drive and I knew I wanted my car. Back in Suzy's office she answered all of my questions, she helped us setting up the app on my phone, she had everything prepared so our time with the financial manager was a breeze. I have NEVER had an experience like I had today when buying a car, Suzy is a dream.
