I will give the detail if you call me at (626) 484-9220, I did called everyone at this dealership, and they all know about this false promise and they simply brush me away saying it is the Mercedes problem. Well I talked to other dealership in the area and asked them if they have any of their cars has the same problem and they said the dealer did not do their job registering my car correctly, so if you resolve my problem and get me my 2 years of free charging as promised me when I signed the lease papers.
