Lies. Deceit. Just like a buy-here, pay-here lot. Salesman would promise me something, go talk to manager, come back, and request that I agree to full price. It took one hour to finally agree on $300 Salesman would promise me something, go talk to manager, come back, and request that I agree to full price. It took one hour to finally agree on $300 under asking price! Made me feel bad for paying very nearly asking price! Salesman even said he would be able to give me that tiny discount if I promised to leave him and them a glowing review! I said sure! (As if my word means any more than his). But the real grift happened in the finance office! The Finance Guy, as charming as can be, snuck in a $1000.00 fee on the Buyers Order for an ELO GPS tracking system without telling me. He even admittted that the device was installed to protect their inventory from theft. He made sure I was confident they were going to transfer the service, but not once did he say I would have to pay for it! I had to sign on a tablet and couldn't read all the text on the screen. I didn't know it was on there! I was conned! Perhaps the abbreviation con. as in con. auto liquidators is fitting. It then took 30 minutes of waiting before someone (not the salesman mind you - he was already with another customer) could pick me up at the airport and return me to the dealership upon return of my rental car. The airport was less than 2 miles from the dealership. I omitted names on purpose. I know the names, but I am still hoping we can reach a resolution. More
