Wh Had a great experience, started out with emails from Antoine letting him know what I was looking for and he treated me as if I was his only client. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Adam because Antoine had the day off and he assured me that I would be treated just as good and I was. The dealership was inviting and a lot of vehicles to choose from. I thought I would be there all day and they got me in and out on the road in my dream truck. Thanks to all of you for treating me like family. More

A few hiccups took place which resulted in multiple trips to and from the lot, which was time and energy I did not have being 7 months pregnant (at the time) and still very sick. I am not too impressed with "shop" guys. Car wasn't detailed in the time indicated it would be which create extra hour sitting and waiting (car wasn't even detailed very well). More
Outstanding SUV Purchase Just recently worked with Kelly and G4 (owner's son) to purchase a vehicle for our family. Kelly was very thorough and took the time even after 7:00 PM closing to show me a number of SUVs that we were interested in. I was able to take the final contender home that evening for my wife to check out, then made a pain-free purchase the next morning. The vehicle has 99k miles but looks and drives like new! I mentioned that the floor mats were a bit worn, so they ordered new ones for us and shipped them directly to our house. They really go the distance at CAL to ensure customer satisfaction! We'll be back for sure. More

Stay Away from CAL Went just to look at a used pickups with the possibility of trading in our 2003 PT Cruiser. Immediately they brought up a 2006 Silverado with 36,000 miles, sounds good!! To make long story short. They wanted over Blue Book at 18,000 and wanted to only give me $1000 for PT, we argued and we were PRESSURED by many people including the owner that we needed to buy today!! I found out later on my own that truck came from tar sands in Canada and was used hard and needed ball joints and shocks. Also don't believe them when they say you will also get my Les Schwab tire pricing - NOT TRUE!! More
STAY AWAY! Worst Experience and Customer Service Ever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I don't normally post reviews, especially this long, but I feel it really needs to be shared. If you're thin STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I don't normally post reviews, especially this long, but I feel it really needs to be shared. If you're thinking about buying a vehicle from Consumer Auto Liquidators, I STRONGLY suggest you read the entire review. Now, for my xxxx of an experience with CAL, here is my story: My interest in buying a vehicle from CAL first started when I was searching the internet and found a truck I was interested in. I called CAL and spoke to Kelly and asked if she could give me the price of the truck (this should have been a red flag to begin with, since they don't advertise their pricing online). Kelly gave me the price and she offered to have me come down there and take a look at the truck. Later that day I went down to CAL and the first person that approach me was Kelly. When I got there I had actually noticed a different truck that I was interested in and asked her how much it was. She said "well what is your price range" and I replied “about $300/month”. Not even knowing how much of a down payment I had or any knowledge of a trade in or anything else, right away she replied "Well, your looking in the wrong place". I said "OK, so how much is it?" . At this point she starts pulling out the truck and gets me ready to test drive it, still without knowing the price of it. So I say screw it, go for a drive, come back and I ask again "so, what is the price?”. She goes to her office and comes back with a $24,000 price tag. She then starts asking me about loan information, pulls out her laptop and starts taking down my information to see what kind of "deal" we can make. At that point, I stopped her and said I wasn't going to give her any of my personal information because we hadn't even made a deal, yet she was already trying to get my SSN. She brings her manager over, I tell him the deal and mention that I am at lunch and that I want to see what they can do for me. The manager says, how about you come back after work and see what kind of deal we can get you. I say OK, and take off. Later that day, I come back after work, this is around 4:30 PM. Approach Kelly again, and she brings over her manager. By the way, the experience with Kelly wasn't all that bad, it went from OK (with Kelly), then from bad to worse, then extremely worse once I started talking to their so called "managers" and their finance guy. So long story short we make a deal at $21,500, shake hands, sign the paper he had written $21,500 on. The manager then goes into his office with the rest of their "Managers". At this point, I'm patiently waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Kelly has me call my insurance company to add the vehicle. The manager then comes back and tells me he can't make the deal because they forgot to include the price of the Lift Kit and Wheels. I said " That's not my fault, you deal with it”.He goes back into his office to call his Boss, comes back out and says his boss won't let him sell it at that price. I say once again "that's not my problem. you shook hands and made a deal, so you fix it". He then replies and says "Well I guess we're going to have to find you another truck". Another one of the sales guys (Mack) ask Kelly what is going on, he finds out that the other manager screwed up, and mentions to me "not to worry, were going to make it right, its not your fault". Mack goes in the office with the other managers, comes back a and tries to make me a different deal, I said "No, we agreed on a price", he says let me see what I can do and comes back with a different offer. He mentions to me that $24,200 is the lowest they can go and that they are not making any money at that price. He also mentions to me that he is going to include a 4 year warranty for their "mistake". I say "OK, you include the warranty and a tank of gas and we'll have a deal". He shakes my hand and we make the deal. Keep in mind, Mack wasn't the original manager that tried to make a deal with me. Supposedly the first manager went off and cried somewhere because he had gotten chewed out by his boss (which I think was just a lie. The crying part I just made up because he looked like he had gotten reamed, probably just faking it though). So, by about 9:30pm (YEAH! 9:30 PM! I've been there for 5 hours now dealing with the xx!), I finally get called in to the finance guys office, Ethan (which later I found out it's the owners son). And let me tell he is just so xxx happy to be there (Sarcasm). He was probably the biggest xxxxx I've ever had to deal with. He starts going over the paperwork with me and I come across the section where they have added the premium to my total loan for the warranty. I ask what this is and mentioned to him that they were going to include that at their cost as part of their mistake. Ethan looks at me like I'm a xxx idiot and tells me that's not part of the deal and that it's an additional charge. I request to speak to Mack. I ask Mack what this is all about and he pretty much tells me a whole different story and tells me that he said they were giving it to me at “Their cost”(Total xx). At this point, I am just so frustrated, tired and it's past 10 PM! I finally say "F" it, because I'm tired of dealing with these guys, sign the papers (knowing I can cancel the warranty at any time) and take off with the new truck. The next day, I had to bring the truck back because there was a gas leak that they offered to fix, because I noticed it prior to making the deal. Truck stays at the shop overnight, I come back the next day to pick up the truck, Mack hands me the keys and I mention to Mack "How about that full tank of gas?" He then replies and says "I didn't say a full tank, I can probably get you some gas". I reply and say "that's not the deal we made." So he takes my keys, drives my truck to the back and sits in my truck for about 15 minutes chatting with some guy. 45 minutes later I'm still waiting for my truck and I find out that the gas they were putting in was spilling out. Supposedly they forgot to connect the hose, GO FIGURE! Mac takes off in my truck (who knows where), and comes back another 45 minutes later. They finally get my truck back, I get in my truck and what do you know? I only have a 1/2 tank full. I don't even bother to go and argue with them any more and take off. So... Two months later, I call AUL (The warranty company) to cancel my coverage. They mentioned to me that I cannot cancel it and need to contact CAL to cancel it. So, I call CAL and I get transferred to Ethan (The finance guy). Ethan mentions to me that I need to sign a form and that I would need to come down there. I ask if he can fax it to me and he says "no, we need to get your mileage off the vehicle". Later that day I drive down to CAL, talk to Ethan, and he tries to convince me to keep the warranty. I refused, he pulls out a form that is barely legible (luckily, I knew what I was signing because I found the form online prior to driving down to CAL). I ask him if he needs to get my mileage off the truck, he looks at me confused and I reply "Isn't that why you had my drive down here?". After the form had been signed I request a copy and hes says that they will send me one. I reply "cant you just get me a copy of that now?". So with his girly attitude he finally makes a copy and hands it to me. The next day I call AUL to see if they had received my cancellation form and sure enough they done have the form yet. I call CAL back, ask for Ethan, stay on hold for 10 minutes, guy comes back online and tells me Ethan is not available. I request a call back and hours later I never hear from Ethan. I call CAL again, and finally I get Ethan on the phone. I tell him that I called AUL and that they hadn't received my form and if he had faxed it. He says " No, it will be sent though" and i ask if he could please send it as I want it taken care of right away. He replies and says "That it's sent upstairs and someone will get to it and that it normally takes a week to process". I then ask if I could speak to someone upstairs to see if they can send it. He says " No, we will get it sent". I mean really??? How hard is it to send a fax!? So, at this point I remember I had asked him for a copy and I tell him "You know what? I actually have a copy, I will just send it myself!". He then makes the smart xxx comment, "You do what you want" and hangs up. Really!? Worst Customer service experience ever! This pretty much concludes my whole experience with CAL. They are not anyone you want to purchase a vehicle from, PERIOD. From the way they handle the transactions to their very very poor customer service, it is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. If you read this and have already purchase a vehicle from CAL and have had a similar experience, I suggest you share your experience with everyone else and hope that we can save the general public the trouble. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from CAL, I hope you read this and stay away from this place. No matter how much you like the vehicle, go somewhere else. I can guarantee you will find another vehicle and you'll be very happy you stayed away from this place. Good luck! More

I've been shopping around for a new vehicle for three months & he is honestly the first car sales men that I didn't find annoying ! Most dealerships have people following you around and pressuring you to buy something because all they care about is numbers....not Mack ?? he was honest with any questions I asked & made me feel SO comfortable!! I almost wish he came with my pickup! His customer service was outstanding & I truly believe he is one of Cals best. I definitly recommend him to anyone buying a new car, pickup, anything!! & I love his beard!!! More
