Salesman was pleasant to work with. I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted, and what I was willing to negotiate for a price. Of course, there is always the haggling that happens, you tell the numbers guy what you want to pay, and they keep coming back with lower and lower numbers, until you get the price you feel is fair. That was a bit of a waste of time, but it wasn't a long drawn out thing, like most larger dealerships. The finance officer was very forthcoming about the rates that we were able to get with our preferred bank, as oppose to the much lower rates I could get by using a different bank, which saved me a lot of interest. I will deal with John Allen again, if I'm in the market for a car or truck in the future! More

Just one thing kind of a minor inconvenience... the way their accounting works is incompatible with the way some banks do financing. So, I had to go with one of their lenders and then refinance through mine, which makes more paperwork and a little more cost for me, but still worth it. Just call ahead to find out what banks to go with. They're very customer oriented and low pressure sales. They fixed a laundry list of little items I was unable to ID during the test drive on a vehicle I purchased. Also, if you're going to buy a used car there and want a fair deal and a good salesman who won't try to put you into something you might not want, just because of they need a sale... talk to Jared Peterson. He's one of the very few honest used car salesmen I ever met, and I've owned more than 30 vehicles now, in 3 countries and 4 different states. I rarely recomend a salesman by name, but Jared Peterson is one of the best. If I had more money to buy more cars, I'd go back and talk to Jared. Thanks, Jared! More

Not properly inspected. The truck I ended up trading for had previously been in an accident and an open recall had not been fixed. Both of these issues were not mentioned to The truck I ended up trading for had previously been in an accident and an open recall had not been fixed. Both of these issues were not mentioned to me. The recall is for random driver side airbag deployment. Also, the drivers side tire has an 8-10 gouge in it down the wire and needs replaced ($300) . I didnt notice this until I filled up with gas at a well lighted gas station. It was dark at the dealership so I couldn't properly inspect the tires myself so I trusted what they said that the vehicle was professionally inspected. If that were the case you would think that they would replace a tire with that severe of damage for safety reasons. On a side note Tony was great to work with and was true to his word on the trade value on my truck. More
