Description of Complaint: I purchased a vehicle from dealership 6 months ago and wanted them to get me out of the loan by buying the car back but they low balled the buy back price (way below what J.D. dealership 6 months ago and wanted them to get me out of the loan by buying the car back but they low balled the buy back price (way below what J.D. Powers quoted by over $12,000 of what I bought from them) No customer service what so ever! I only put 5000 miles on it. I’m not asking for what I paid for it, actually was asking for at least $39,000 buy back. They wouldn’t budge and even accused me of bullying. As I was walking out the buying manager followed me out yelling at me. I accused him of manipulation and asked him to stop following me. He made fun of me when I was walking out because the door wouldn’t open to the outside like I thought it would. More
