The Way Used-Cars Should Do Business Needed to replace our 2010 Subaru. We went to CAL to look at some 2016 Outbacks. The price, while fair, was out of our budget. Nellie and George 4, bo Needed to replace our 2010 Subaru. We went to CAL to look at some 2016 Outbacks. The price, while fair, was out of our budget. Nellie and George 4, both found us alternatives. The 2016 Ford AWD Fusion Titanium we ended up purchasing was clean, low miles, and a dream to drive. Its feature set matched up with the Outback, plus it had some features we could not afford in an Outback. During the whole experience, our needs were considered and we were treated with respect. When we didn't like a particular deal, we were not arm-twisted into accepting it. CAL just started over with another car and another deal. Most notably, they welcomed and encouraged our desire to go home and sleep on it before we made the final decision. Big shout out and a thank you to Nellie for her patience and expertise. More
