While my car is being serviced, I wait in the room with comfy chairs, vending machines (great selection), and choose between watching tv or reading one of the many magazines. Free coffee and popcorn are also available. Now comes the best part: The Price. Given the expertise of the mechanics, the prices are very affordable. I've never had a complaint about the results. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for service. More

The Kind of Service We All Want to Receive From the time I arrived and was greeted by name by the Service Manager until I retrieved my vehicle much earlier than I had expected, the service I re From the time I arrived and was greeted by name by the Service Manager until I retrieved my vehicle much earlier than I had expected, the service I received at Wimberly Ford in Dowagiac far exceeded my expectations. Vickie cheerfully accommodated my need for a loaner vehicle when I made my apppontment and treated me like an old friend when I exchanged my vehicle for it early on the morning of my service appointment. She called me just a few hours later to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup and explained in detail the work that had been performed, including a couple of recommendations. Upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle, Michael efficiently performed the checkout process and explained again what work had been performed. The best news was that the bill was significantly below what I had expected it to be. When I checked out the things that had been done, the problems had been properly corrected. This experience is precisely why I make the long drive from Paw Paw to Dowagiac when my vehicle needs Service. More
