Efficient and considerate I took my Edge to C Wimberly for a problem with the Steering adjustment. They told me w hours but it was only 1 hour and 45 minutes. To save time, bec I took my Edge to C Wimberly for a problem with the Steering adjustment. They told me w hours but it was only 1 hour and 45 minutes. To save time, because heavy rain was on the way, they offered to mail me my paperwork. The expense was covered by my warranty. This is not an unusual occurrence but part of their service.Vickie More

Awful Job Have not been happy with them for a while but took car in for oil change and went home and didn't go anywhere for a few days. When we backed the car Have not been happy with them for a while but took car in for oil change and went home and didn't go anywhere for a few days. When we backed the car up to mow we noticed the shroud or cover under the car was hanging down on both sides. Since it has been a few days I knew no one would believe it came from dealership like that so I was going to make appointment at another auto shop to get it fixed. That evening when I went to my sister's the water pump went out and I got it into new shop. They fixed it and the shroud or cover and did a great job. Another time I took the car in for an oil change they said I had to have all new lug nuts or they couldn't guarantee they could get them off next time. I was charged $156.00 for them and when I showed them to my Husband he said they weren't that bad. Some were just stripped from the power tools they used and from them putting them on too tight. I have never had newer vehicles break down as much from anywhere else but this is the second newer/used vehicle from them and I always worry it will break down. Definitely not going back! More
