Even to go as far as helping me to set up my bluetooth connection, get some tunes set up and went over various functions before I left the lot. Car shopping is always stressful, but Tom did a fantastic job in making this process go smoothly and kept my anxiety at a minimum!! :) The finance guys were outstanding as well! Took the time to be thorough and provide various options to help me in making solid decisions. Great sense of humor, which also kept me calm. Thank you to the whole team! However, when the bill arrives, we do not know which vehicle it's for, and what was done to it, then it requires a phone call to the dealership to find out. Perhaps the year and a short sentence of what was done could be added. It would sure help us. More
