Flat Tire I brought my truck due to it having a flat tire. I brought it in to the service department and they confirmed I had a flat tire. I picked up a nail somewhere along the road and it was in a spot that a patch wouldn't hold the tire. Kenny from the service department said he would have to order me a new tire and it would be in a couple days. They put on my spare tire and I went down the road. I called on Monday 11/12/18 to talk to Kenny to see if my new tire came in. The tire came in but it was the wrong one. The tire had black lettering on the new and mine all have white lettering on them. Kenny had to order me another tire and I had to come in on Tuesday 11/13/18 to get it fixed. Other than ordering the wrong tire, service was great at usual. More

Room for imporovement In for "One" brake problem and came away with "Two" brake problems. Neither problem corrected at that time. Must take car back. Normal service I continue to expect that when I have a tire rotation that the air pressure in the tires on the vehicle would be checked. Got the lube, oil, tire rotation on Wednesday, Sept 12. Today, received via the internet the computer report on the vehicle's status. Everyone of the tires is listed at 31 or 32 pounds. Supposed to be at 35. This is so minor and so aggravating. You can't rate 100 with this. More
