Service was outstanding, including test drive of which Mechanic who went out of his way to locate a smooth ride to hear a concern. Glenn Olson checked on me several times & offered suggestions on making sure everyone of my concerns were attending to. Was also greeted by Chuck Whimberly Jr. which meant a great deal. I drove 70 miles from Holland MI. Everyone seemed very caring! Was given a free car wash voucher also. Will highly recommend the Whimberly organization. More
Unsatisfactory/Did NOT do what they said they did I went there for my Chevy Volt as this dealer came up as an authorized service provider. I was due for my 45000 mile check up, I asked for a tire rot I went there for my Chevy Volt as this dealer came up as an authorized service provider. I was due for my 45000 mile check up, I asked for a tire rotation (which I paid for) but I know they did not do because I had one tire on Front Passenger side with 35 psi and all the others had 39, it was the same when I left. I also asked them to look for firm ware and soft ware upgrades and check my battery. I booked my appointment in advanced and received multiple emails and never did they advise they would not be able to do those services until AFTER they did the oil change and supposed tire rotation. I will not be returning to this dealer. I feel like not only did I pay for a service that did not happen but they didn't complete the 140+ check they should have, which would have included the air filter (which no one asked me about) and tire pressure which they obviously didnt check or they would have all been the same at the time of my leaving. I know because I have built in tire sensors that shows in my vehicle. If they could not perform all the tasks I should have been notified prior to my appointment so I didnt waste my time and theirs. I feel I got scammed. More

Repairing our 2003 Chevrolet Blazer. Replaced ignition switch, willing to repair wiring harness, instead of replacing it. Paid for the airbag, that opened, because of shorted wiring.
