Prompt, courteous, service upon my arrival. Service area was clean and impressive. Lobby area was also very clean and provided coffee. All employees were very receptive. Had general service done. All components working going in. After service and checking out, service said had issue with getting caps off valve stems. That they were not able to sync.due to sensor probably in. After service and checking out, service said had issue with getting caps off valve stems. That they were not able to sync.due to sensor probably broke. Stated all components worked coming into here so no sensor was broke. That I would be charged for sensor, dismounting and mounting of the tire. Now I have dash warning and no readout for tire monitor and the service rep was ok with that. I'm not, for a mistake on their part the cost of a customer is ok. Where is the that's not how it came in, to leave the same or better for that customer satisfaction. Thanks More
