Mark Crole was so pleasant and personable to me. I was treated wonderfully, even though I didn't buy an expensive new car and he made the entire process easy an was so pleasant and personable to me. The best service I had a seat cover on my 2017 impala replaced due to a separation of the stitching on the driver's seat. They told me it was a good 2-3 hours to do. 2013 Chevy Equinox bulb replacement. Called various places, dealers for a 2013 Chevy Equinox right front turn signal bulb replacement having tried and been unable to reach bulb myself. The quoted price was met in an excellent time period.and the service tech was great as well as the service administrator Terri! I have had my 07 Buick Lucerne CXL serviced at C Wimberly since 2009 approximately but will have my Ford 150 serviced there from here on in. Thank you, Larry Collins More

Flat Tire I brought my truck due to it having a flat tire. I brought it in to the service department and they confirmed I had a flat tire. I picked up a nail so I brought my truck due to it having a flat tire. I brought it in to the service department and they confirmed I had a flat tire. I picked up a nail somewhere along the road and it was in a spot that a patch wouldn't hold the tire. Kenny from the service department said he would have to order me a new tire and it would be in a couple days. They put on my spare tire and I went down the road. I called on Monday 11/12/18 to talk to Kenny to see if my new tire came in. The tire came in but it was the wrong one. The tire had black lettering on the new and mine all have white lettering on them. Kenny had to order me another tire and I had to come in on Tuesday 11/13/18 to get it fixed. Other than ordering the wrong tire, service was great at usual. More
