I was in a bad car accident and choose to go to C&S due to family members having great experiences. However, this was not my case what so ever! I told the salesman what I had in hand for my downpayment and that I’ll expect more once subrogation was completed. He asked if I thought I’d have it by the end of the month I said yeah or maybe longer. INSTANTLY took that as I would have it at the end of the month and even called to ask why I didn’t come in today as there was no agreement to do so since I advised him that when I received the remainder I would be in. I shouldn’t say that I wouldn’t do any more business with C&S but if I do I will not be dealing with the salesman who was more concerned about the other 3 sales he was focused on. More
