I worked with Scott Thurn at C&S and he could not have been more helpful. His email states to call or text anytime, and he means it. Several times Scott would reply to my email questions on the weekend, been more helpful. His email states to call or text anytime, and he means it. Several times Scott would reply to my email questions on the weekend, after hours or when he was away for a sales convention. Being from out of town it wasn't easy for me to get into the dealership and Scott made sure to do a great job of communicating during the process. One trip I made to the dealership was on Scotts day off, the two other sales people who helped me were more than helpful considering they knew the sale had already been made by Scott. Every request I made (I have to admit some of them were a bit odd) with the delivery of my new vehicle was met and exceeded by Scott and the management team at C&S. I would be careful buying a car here! Service is great when you wanna buy a car but once the deal is done watch out! Bought a car and the ac wS never fixed like they said. Called them about and waited 2 weeks for an appointment then they couldn't get it in at that time and kept my car for 2 more weeks. They never serviced the car and now I realize there is a wheel stud missing. If they serviced a car they would notice this stuff. Be carrful More
