OUTSTANDING! After almost 12 wonderful years with my Hummer H3 I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I really wasnt certain what I wanted and if I would e After almost 12 wonderful years with my Hummer H3 I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I really wasnt certain what I wanted and if I would even be able to follow through with a purchase due to my attachment with my Hummer. I found a couple vehicles online at CR in Adrian, and set up a couple to test drive. I was paired with Vincent McCarver. I was super impressed right from the start. Hes very warm and friendly (as was everyone else). I was nervous about test driving a truck so he offered to drive it first for me until I was comfortable. I fell in love the truck on the test drive and decided to put together some numbers for a purchase. Vincent is a NO PRESSURE, NO GAMES, and NO GIMMICK sales gentleman. He was straight with me and followed through on his end. We were able to work out a deal that I was confident and comfortable with and I purchased the truck the next day. I am very pleased with my purchase, the price I received for my trade, and the price I paid for my new truck! Im VERY impressed with the professionalism, and outstanding customer service that I received from CR, (And the extra compassion and kindness from Vincent when I had a moment (tears) about trading in the Hummer)! I would Highly recommend CR and Vincent McCarver. They are GEMS which sometimes can be hard to find at a dealership. I will return (in 12 ish years) THANKS SO MUCH! More
