Liars My son had been looking for a WRX, his dream car, for several months. We thought we had one a few months ago, but with my husband being on Active Duty My son had been looking for a WRX, his dream car, for several months. We thought we had one a few months ago, but with my husband being on Active Duty, we missed purchasing it by 3 hours. Another became available at this dealership this week. I immediately called, although being out of town, to inquire about it. After confirming it was still available, I turned over the specifics to my husband. The salesman Greg and Lupe, who is the manager of used cars, dealt with my husband. They were thanking him for his service and claiming they had such respect for those who protect our country. Lupe Facetimed my husband and walked around the vehicle. Claimed he had drove it himself and the vehicle was sound. My husbands civilian job is working for a major car company, so he knows everything about cars. He had a list of very specific questions that were all answered by Lupe. Simple things like "does the A/C work?" Bottom line, they LIED about everything. My husband bought the car sight unseen because of what happened with the last (and my pushing I am sorry to say). He came home for the weekend and took our son to pick up his dream car. My son cried when he got to the dealership. It was a wreck. Without going in to ALL the repairs, it will cost us over $3,000 to just make it driveable for him. Not even the significant cosmetic work needed. Thanks Lupe and Greg for lying your xxx off on this sale. You have made my sons first car buying experience xxxx and I will warn everyone I can, not to believe a word this dealership says. More
