I had a great experience working with Kyle Ringle in sales and Taylor in finance. Kyle was especially great and wasn't the pressure salesman type at all. The used car manager was truly the more ar sales and Taylor in finance. Kyle was especially great and wasn't the pressure salesman type at all. The used car manager was truly the more arrogant and rude person I've encountered in a dealership (and I buy or lease 2-3 cars every couple of years). Would give a no star rating for him but Kyle and Taylor were great. Advice to ownership - get rid of this used car manager. He's costing you business in a highly competitive market and people have options on who to do business with. If I didn't like Kyle as much as I did I would have gone elsewhere. More
