Unbelievable I called on Monday to get information on a car they had listed online. The sales guy was helpful, sending pictures and video. Based solely on the pictures on the web and the ones provided by the sales guy I agreed to buy the car, they let me know that the price was automatically lowered online and was below what they paid on trade. On Tuesday I filled out the credit form online, outlined a plan to make the 7 hour trip pickup the car. They told me I was all set. On Wednesday night I received a text, not a phone call, notifying me the car had "just drove off the lot", sold by another sales guy. The explanation, a car is still for sale until the papers are signed, it was hid in back in hopes somebody else didn't show up. It would have been nice to know when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do before I arrived. Personally, I think they got a better offer. Shady!! More
