Great experience all around! I couldn't be happier with Tom Sina and the whole experience of buying a car at C&K. I called about an Audi I found through True Car, spoke to Manny I couldn't be happier with Tom Sina and the whole experience of buying a car at C&K. I called about an Audi I found through True Car, spoke to Manny (who was super-helpful), and went to see it the next day. Tommy took me out for a test-drive, and everyone who was there spent a long time talking to me about the car and explaining the pros and cons of buying a diesel. They were perfect gentlemen, and did not try to hard sell me AT ALL -- even during the next week, when I looked at other cars and experienced the worst that used-car dealers have to offer. When I decided to go with the Audi, Tom made the process fast and effortless, and less than 48 hours later had my new ride ready to go! Customer service is HUGELY important to me, and I was so appreciative of how easy and transparent Tommy and C&K made this (major) purchase. I hope to be a C&K customer for years to come.
