My experience has been positive I have purchased two used vehicles from C.J.'s. Used vehicles, heck brand new vehicles, are all man made creations and therefore it may naturally I have purchased two used vehicles from C.J.'s. Used vehicles, heck brand new vehicles, are all man made creations and therefore it may naturally be assumed that they are inferior from the start. Used vehicles, it should go without saying, will continuously need some sort of service and repair, pretty much ongoing. If you get yourself a vehicle that requires little maintenance each year, you can count your self very lucky! Maintenance free automobiles, are a rarity! Most of the time I have brought my vehicles back to C.J.'s, and nearly always any issue I have had, has been remedied. Yes, once in awhile, an attempted fix made need a little more tweaking, but rarely. As a person who has been on a very tight budget for a long time, I have always found the Proprietors at C.J'S, have been very helpful in giving me solutions and ideas that work within my budget. I am appreciative of that thoughtfulness on their part. Trust me, I have been royally screwed over in my lifetime, by Garages, Shops, and Mechanics, who took me for a sucker. I have spent sums of money I didn't need to. Yes, we all need to be careful who we deal with, yet I think if you are considering purchasing a vehicle or need to have your vehicle serviced after purchase, through C.J.'s, you should be fine. Act like a spaz, be an idiot, make absurd demands, swear and cuss, be impatient, be a snot nose, and be all defensive when such a posture is overkill, then expect bad service in return from anyone, let alone C.J's. If you are one writing a negative review, and if you are a person telling others to steer clear of C.J.'s auto village, then I have to wonder just what sort of personality and psychology you present to all your fellow beings, that you encounter. Are you going into a relationship with this Dealership, looking for a fight? Do you have a nasty attitude going in, if so, then no wonder, you have a problem with this Dealership. If you want a good experience, and act like a mature adult, I would bet you will have a decent experience, if you choose to transact with C.J.'S Auto Village. Business owners are human like yourselves. Yes, they choose to deal with the general public of humans by the nature of their business. What sort of person you are, to deal with, says it all, when it comes to the nature of the relationship or experience, you have at C.J.'s. As for myself, my experience has been primarily positive. I do not see any signage or commercials or anything that tells you, that this Dealership is going to treat you like a King or Queen, that you imagine yourself to be. Get real, you are simply a potential Customer. You will be granted a no frills transaction. Behave yourself and maybe you will EARN(not automatic) the status of a "Valued Customer", a mutual respect and understanding will then develop. Basic, right? More

Avoid this place like the plague! Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this establishment. Took care back to fix things that should have been fixed when we purchased the vehicle just a few months ago. Very untrustworthy! Did suspension work on my son's vehicle and said it didn't need an alignment. Took it to a reputable service repair establishment afterwards and they mentioned that the car shouldn't have been driven at all. Turns out they didn't tighten down the suspension parts and damaged them. Additional out of pocket expenses on our end. Plan to take them to small claims court. More
I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by who ever the woman is who works there. I was treated with such disrespect that I left without seeing any of the vehicles I came there for. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More
We purchased a van here & had nothing but problems from the day it left the lot - needed a new belt three days later, a new battery a week after that, the brake lights didn't work, the AC didn't work. In f the day it left the lot - needed a new belt three days later, a new battery a week after that, the brake lights didn't work, the AC didn't work. In fairness to the shop, we didn't inform them of these things; we handled this ourselves in order to avoid the 45-min drive back every time. But it seems they had no problem letting a van like that go off the lot with all these problems, including safety issues. They also promised us an inspection sticker, which was due in a month, so we said we'd come back. In the meantime, the "check engine" light came on. When we went back to the shop, all the extremely-incompetent owner/mechanic did was drive it around for three hours, wasting half a tank of gas. He said he needed to continually drive it around in order to get the light to go off. Never did get it to go offf & did nothing else to attempt to repair it. Also said the reason it wasn't clearing inspection had something to do with the rain that day!!??! Needless to say, we completely lost confidence in his ability. He also had the nerve to admit that if a customer bargains the price of an auto down, he'll intentionally not fix things that are wrong with the car, figuring that since they saved money on the price, it should be their problem now!!! How these guys stay in business at all is beyond me. After wasting our time and missing a day of work, we finally had to leave the shop, saying we'd come back another day for the sticker. We were then up in NH when the auto completely broke down. We had to get it fixed by a mechanic up there in order to get it back home. The van ended up needing $400 in repairs in order to pass inspection. When we called AJ's and spoke with Mary, one of the owners, to ask AJs to honor their original promise and cover all or some of the bill, she refused to do anything at all and, in fact, started arguing with us. We will never purchase another vehicle from this place and will warn everybody we come in contact with to avoid them also. I'll never understand the sense of potentially losing thousands of dollars of business in order to save a few hundred. I own a business myself and would never dream of treating my customers this way. It's just bad business More
