C Harper Kia

After I bought a Kia sorento from them I had taken my car in for service after hitting a deer. Well they were suppose to change the radiator with a new one that my insurance company paid them for. Well a few in for service after hitting a deer. Well they were suppose to change the radiator with a new one that my insurance company paid them for. Well a few weeks later my car started over heating due to a bad radiator. Took it to another service company and here to find out the radiator was never fixed and the old one was still in there. Well I consider that fraud and very poor customer service. I would NEVER buy a car there and would say BUYER BEWARE! More
