This place is a joke. They continue to take a additional $45 out of my bank account saying I don't have insurance on the car. I have been down there twice and have emailed documents showing I have always ha $45 out of my bank account saying I don't have insurance on the car. I have been down there twice and have emailed documents showing I have always had insurance on my car. They owe me $270 so far but say they can only reimburse me for $90. My next step is a complaint to the Arkansas Attorney General. More

You know at the beginning of purchasing a car from Byrider something told me to not let my wife go through with it, but her wanting the jeep we got it. Originally we’re told we would have to pay $1500 Byrider something told me to not let my wife go through with it, but her wanting the jeep we got it. Originally we’re told we would have to pay $1500 down which was fine! Upon arriving and beginning paperwork we were told a different price on the down payment which was $2500, I was mad but my wife talked me into it. Which the salesman came up with some stupid excuse. Anyways we have NEVER missed a payment before, on (9/25) @ 7:20pm my wife receives a text mentioning the payment was due, which is fine! On 9/23 her mother passed away so we are in TN until (9/28) but we would make the payment immediately upon getting back, well this place acted like it was a crime cause of being 2 days late by (Monday),,, was only 2 hours late when they texted (9/25) ... I will NEVER get anything else from this place, BTW your guy texting my wife in caps, why didn’t he do it when I got on phone? One thing about it, why not give me a hard time? Oh that’s right y’all think you can push women over, well you won’t push this mans wife. More

They are the absolute best!!! I went into the dealer yesterday, sort of worn down. I could not find any other place that had an interest in helping me at all.
