The service department is great and friendly. My husband does a lot of the basic repairs/replacements on my car. I do go to JD Byrider for my oil change because it is cheaper than doing it myself. I also bring my car for major repairs because they do a good job and it is cheaper than most places. There was an instance the last time I took my car in where they dented and scrapped the front passengers side above the tire, but because they did that, they repaired it as well as they could and replaced my tire rod and bearings for free without me asking. More
