Tim and the CNAC rep were awesome I went into JDByryder in Boardman Ohio last night to purchase a new car since I just totalled mine on Monday. Due to unforseen circumstances I had ver I went into JDByryder in Boardman Ohio last night to purchase a new car since I just totalled mine on Monday. Due to unforseen circumstances I had very little to put down and my credit is not exactly in the best shape. Within an hour and a half they had me financed for 5 or 6 different options of new cars. I test drive a couple of them and ended up leaving with a 2008 Ford Fusion. Their process was as painless as possible for getting me aproved and they set me up with a reasonable payment to plan that I could afford. They walked me through their process step by step and I was done within 2.5 hours of stepping foot into their dealership. Their process does involve a ton of paperwork but then again most car loans do. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to upgrade their vehicle or to anyone that maybe needs help getting approved with bad or no credit More

Not my words on review, way over blue book value! Bought a car here in October, very confused why no prices on anything...never got the price until signing loan papers. I should have walked but I needed a vehicle and credit is not great because of health issues. I understand having to pay a high interest rate but this car has a max value of $7500 blue book and the price was just under $14000 and thats before any interest. I came back a week later to ask some questions and was given a bunch of excuses why like they put thousands into it and that you get this amazing warranty ( which does not cover a lot of everyday problems) and that you get to build your credit. Also the manager told me I was lying when I told him other dealerships offer blue book values ...like I've never bought a car before. I have bought vehicles many times where the dealership actually shows you work orders and what was put into vebicle, not here. Also they made sure I did my online review while I was waiting for them to finish up...I did like an idiot, but today I see the review on here and it's not my words! Also it has my wife's name signed by a direct quote that we never made! She is not even on the title it is my loan! I chose to move forward but I should have not....please think long and hard before signing...and look at the value and ask yourself why so much? Also most reputable dealerships will provide a carfax not here! More
